The concept behind Come on UP share houses is to bring together independent individuals and give them the opportunity to grow through interacting with one another. We aim to create an environment in which residents can happily live and talk together with both a sense of responsibility and good will. To ensure the comfort of each tenant we expect them to abide by three principles:
1) Independent self-management 2) Respect fellow house mates 3) Take care of the house
The steps involved in becoming a resident:
1. Contact us
You can apply for any room by going to its respective share house page and clicking on the ‘vacant’ button next to the available room. Your application will be replied to within 3 days by a Come on UP representative. If you are in a hurry and wish to contact us by phone: TEL:03-3760-1392.
2. House viewing
We will schedule an opportunity for you to view the house and look at the room in question.
3. Application
The application form will be sent to you by mail.
4. Confirmation
After signing up, you will usually hear back from us within 3 to 5 business days.
5. Contract
To sign the occupancy agreement you require a copy of your ID, a stamp seal and enough money to cover the agreed upon initial costs.
6. Resident life
This marks the start of your life in your share house. The monthly costs will equal your rent+utility costs.
Utilities
These include gas, water, electricity, Internet, cable TV and shared consumables items (shared light bulbs, kitchen detergent, sponges, bath detergent, toilet paper, tissue, etc.). A standard amount of 10000 yen is paid for utilities per month,Twice during the one year contract period (and during the move out process), the utilities shall be re-calculated and assesing to be pay more. If there is surplus, the utility surplus usage shall be decided at the house meeting to improve the house common area.
Deposit
The initial deposit is equal to one month’s worth of rent. A full refund of this amount will be given after the resident stays for one year. In case the resident moves out earlier , 30000 yen will be withhold from the amount that is given back. If the resident is moving to a different Come on UP house, this does not apply. Depending on whether the resident caused any damage within the household, part of the deposit will be used for repairs, etc.

Come on UPのシェアハウスは自律した人同士が生活していく中で、互いに影響しあって成長していく場で あることをコンセプトとしています。 一人一人が責任と良識を持った上で、日常の事は住人同士で 話し合いつつ、シェア生活を楽しんでいます。ハウスメイトたちと、快適なシェア生活を送るために、以下の３つをルールとしています。

ご入居までの流れ
１．お問い合わせ
気になったハウスページの「空室／Vacant」ボタンか、「お問い合わせメールフォーム」を押してお申込みください。

２．内覧
担当より日程調整をさせていただき、お部屋をご案内します。
３．申し込み
メールにてメールにてお申込みフォームをお送りします。
４．審査
お申し込み後、通常3~5営業日頂きます。
５．入居契約
・契約に必要なもの
身分証明書のコピー、印鑑、初期費用
・手数料不要：1年間契約。お互い希望が合えば再契約可能(手数料等なし)。
６．入居
さあ、新しいシェアライフのはじまりです。
毎月の費用について
家賃 ＋ 水道光熱費等預かり 10,000円
【水道光熱費等について】
＊水道光熱費等には、ガス、水道、電気、インターネット、専門チャンネルテレビ、共用消耗品等（共用設備の電球、台所洗剤、スポンジ、お風呂洗剤、トイレットペーパー、ティッシュなど、各家で決めた共用で使用するもの）が含まれます。
＊毎月10,000円をお預かりし、実際にかかった費用を住人全員で日割りにて均等に折半します。
初期費用について
１．保証金(デポジット)：家賃1か月分
基本的には、退去時に全額返金します。入居から１年未満での退去の場合は、デポジットから30,000円を引いてお返しします。（他の部屋、他のCome on UPハウスへ移動される場合は不要です。）
