フルリノベーションをした、きれいでかわいいハウスです!

Eifuku 3: Lovely “Sunflower” house

Himawari means “sunflower” in Japanese. This house got its name from the amount of natural light that enters the house. This house’s wish is for the housemates to grow together like sunflowers in the sun. We want to make an environment where can everyone just peacefully relax all day with their housemates like sunflowers.

Area

Eifukucho is a quiet neighborhood that is known for its easy-going atmosphere.  You can walk along the Kanda River’s Midorikawa and the secret shrine. The nearby shopping street is vibrant with a traditional atmosphere. There are many popular shops.

This gives the district a unique mix between the new and old. The ramen restaurant in front of Eifuku Station is well known, so please try it out when you come to the house. Many other interesting spots sell taiyaki and voluminous burgers for instance. The more you know, the more you will fall in love with this city!

For those who like a quiet neighborhood with easy access to famous places in Tokyo, we recommend Come on UP Eifuku Himawari to you.

House

The newly renovated house features natural wood and a yellow-based living room that is just the right size and very cute. The living room is furnished with a sofa, zabutons, and chairs that allow people to comfortably chat and spend time together. The sofa under warm light is perfect for napping. The all-new bathroom is sparkling white so you can bathe in peace. Each of the five bedrooms is decorated with large windows. Because there are only five rooms, the housemates can form a close-knit community.

Community

At the monthly house meeting led by the house manager, housemates can discuss the distribution of cleaning duties and house rules over dinner.  If you want to expand your social circle in Japan and are concerned that Himawari doesn’t have enough people, don’t worry because there are two other Come on UP houses within walking distance. You can go for drinks and catch up on each other’s lives. Sometimes house meetings are held together. Communication is always possible. There is a LINE group for the housemates and house manager. This is a sharehouse where you can meet various people regardless of their nationality and have a new experience.
