Kichijoji one of Tokyo’s most popular places to live!

“I have lived there about three months ago, and this is a memorable house! The spacious garden and balcony are particularly pleasant on sunny days. I brought my mother when I lived there (laughs), but my mother can’t speak English. She was at the dining table surrounded by American, British, and Canadian housemates, and my mother said it was ‘fun!’ It was a loving house regardless of nationality or age.” – previous resident and current house manager

Some people haven’t cooked until now but have started cooking at this sharehouse because they can use the shared space comfortably. Conversations between housemates can be enjoyed over the new kitchen counter while cooking.

At the monthly house meeting led by the house manager, housemates can discuss the distribution of cleaning duties and house rules over dinner. Sometimes another sharehouse can join in.
