There are several supermarkets, 100 yen shops, and home centers near the house. There is a convenient shopping street near Oyamadai Station. You can take a short train ride to a movie theater. Furthermore, It is close to the quiet and green Todoroki Valley.
House
The concept of this house is “Vintage House”. There are many sunny and bright rooms. This modern Japanese-style house accommodates up to nine people with a private locked room. When you enter the house, you can tell why it has been dubbed the “house of inspiration”. The house has an outer garden with great lighting, a central courtyard lit by candles, and a living room and kitchen with solid wood flooring.
The walls are hand-painted by artists. You can freely paint your room or other DIYs, which is very rare for rental rooms. There is a garden perfect for those with a green thumb. You can plant oak trees for example. We regularly have fun in the garden together. You can have a barbecue in the summer
Community
The current housemates are from Portugal, USA, Germany, and Japan.
At the monthly house meeting led by the house manager, housemates can discuss the distribution of cleaning duties and house rules over dinner. We can all catch up on each other’s lives. You can join the house LINE group chat with other housemates and the house manager.

A-Futon plan:
Residents are able to rent a futon (Japanese bedding) for 1,000 yen during month full time contract.
B-Furniture plan:
A furnished room is available for 3,000 yen during the full-length contract, this is a futon (Japanese bedding), desk, and chair. And depending on the curtains, lamps, and a garbage bin will also be provided.
